Each and every human being is affected by COVID-19 in some way or the other. Disparity as a consequence of any crisis is never gender neutral. COVID -19 has worsened the gender inequality. In this backdrop, we need to investigate what is happening on the gender front? How is society addressing these issues? What action is needed to make girls and women stand once again? What could be strategies? Prof. Vibhuti Patel spoke on Gendered Experiences on Covid-19 Intersections of inequalities. Prof. Anjali Deshpande spoke on Covid-19 and Women at home and Kiran Moghe spoke on Impact of Covid-19 on women in Informal sector. Prof. Anjali Radkar coordinated the event.
